2026 ASNA Golf Classic Foursome Giveaway

1. Sponsor

The 2026 ASNA Golf Classic Foursome Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored and administered by Mike Faulkenberry, REALTOR®, California DRE #02246897, affiliated with Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty, 167 South Auburn Street, Grass Valley, California 95945 ("Sponsor").

This Sweepstakes is administered by Sponsor. References to the Alta Sierra Neighborhood Alliance ("ASNA"), the ASNA Annual Golf Classic, and Alta Sierra Country Club identify the underlying event and venue. Those entities are not responsible for Sponsor's administration of this Sweepstakes or selection of the Sweepstakes winner.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of California who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who reside at a California mailing address to which Sponsor sent an authorized promotional postcard advertising this Sweepstakes.

Entrants must provide the mailing address at which the promotional postcard was received. Sponsor may compare the submitted address against Sponsor's promotional mailing records to confirm eligibility.

Limit one (1) entry per promotional postcard and mailing address during the Sweepstakes Period. If more than one entry is received in connection with the same postcard or mailing address, Sponsor may retain the first eligible entry received and disqualify subsequent duplicate entries.

Sponsor and members of Sponsor's immediate household are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on August 19, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday, October 16, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period").

Sponsor's computer or designated entry system will serve as the official timekeeping device for purposes of determining whether an entry was received during the Sweepstakes Period.

4. How to Enter

To enter, an eligible recipient must scan the QR code appearing on an authorized promotional postcard or otherwise visit this Sweepstakes landing page, complete the online entry form, and submit the entry during the Sweepstakes Period.

Entrants must provide all information identified as required on the entry form, including a valid name, email address, and mailing address. A telephone number may be requested but is not required unless expressly identified otherwise for administration of the Sweepstakes.

No purchase, payment, real estate transaction, consultation, listing agreement, buyer representation agreement, referral, or consent to receive marketing communications is required to enter or win.

Entries generated through automated means, entries containing materially false information, duplicate entries, and entries submitted in an attempt to circumvent the entry limits may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive registration for four (4) golfers to participate in the 2026 ASNA Annual Golf Classic scheduled for Friday, October 23, 2026 at Alta Sierra Country Club, 11897 Tammy Way, Grass Valley, California 95949.

The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is Two Hundred Sixty Dollars ($260).

The prize is awarded as described and has no cash redemption value. The prize may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, where permitted by applicable law.

Unless expressly included by the tournament organizer with golfer registration, transportation, lodging, golf equipment, personal purchases, and other expenses associated with attending the tournament are the responsibility of the winner and the winner's guests.

The winner is responsible for any taxes or other obligations arising from acceptance of the prize to the extent required by applicable law.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The final potential winner will be determined by random drawing on Saturday, October 17, 2026.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Acceptance

Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner using the email address submitted with the entry and may also use a telephone number voluntarily provided by the entrant.

The potential winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours after Sponsor's initial notification and confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize.

Sponsor may request reasonable information necessary to confirm that the potential winner satisfies these Official Rules.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, declines the prize, provides inaccurate eligibility information, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

8. No Marketing Consent Required

Consent to receive real estate marketing calls, text messages, emails, prerecorded messages, or other promotional communications is not required to enter or win this Sweepstakes and will not increase an entrant's odds of winning.

Submission of a Sweepstakes entry alone does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications.

If a separate marketing opt-in option is displayed on the entry form, participation in that opt-in is voluntary and separate from the Sweepstakes. An entrant who does not elect to receive marketing communications remains fully eligible to enter and win.

Any entrant who separately elects to receive marketing communications will be subject to the disclosure and consent language presented with that optional election.

9. Event Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation

The ASNA Annual Golf Classic is operated by parties other than Sponsor. Tournament scheduling, course conditions, tournament rules, postponement, cancellation, and other event-related decisions are controlled by the applicable event organizer and venue.

If the tournament is postponed, the prize may apply to the rescheduled event subject to the policies and availability established by the event organizer. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where permitted by law.

10. Privacy and Use of Entry Information

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants about the Sweepstakes, select and notify the winner, prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, maintain records relating to the promotion, and otherwise administer the Sweepstakes.

Personal information submitted through this website will also be handled in accordance with the website's applicable Privacy Policy. Information submitted through a third-party form service may also be processed by that service in connection with administration of the entry.

Entry into the Sweepstakes does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing communications.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entry that Sponsor reasonably determines violates these Official Rules, contains materially false or misleading information, interferes with the proper operation of the Sweepstakes, or attempts to obtain an unfair advantage.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or technically unsuccessful entries caused by internet, website, device, network, service provider, or other technical failures beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

Subject to applicable law, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, event cancellation, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Sponsor's affiliated brokerage, and their respective employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising directly from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize, except for claims or liabilities that cannot legally be waived.

13. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
